I am 34 years old and experiencing left hand shoulder pain, chest pain upper back since a month and I have done ECG shows slight right axis deviation 100 degree. We also did ECHO and Stress test. One cardiologist ECHO was normal and then we did stress test and it was normal too and then again we did ECHO with hospital after 15 days of first ECHO test. In 2nd ECHO test everything is normal plus there was additional statement inferior vena cava was dilated, with respiratory size variation greater than 50%. Kindly please advise on this statement? Thanks.

All the reports are normal don't worry, Pain may be due to cervical spondylosis, take an x-ray of cervical spine, need proper homoeopathic treatment to get rid of this problem.
