Hair loss in men may be androgentic alopecia, telogen effluvium, alopecia areata and many more, though the first one is the most common. Androgenetic alopecia is a condition of baldness affecting young male patients. It is due to the action of male sex hormones on the hair follicle. It results in loss of hair from the front, sides and crown areas of the scalp. Minoxidil, hair peptide serums, finasteride, PRP, hair transplantation are some of the therapies available. You need to have a long follow up with your dermatologist. Half- hearted efforts will not give sustained results.
