Sir, During bowel movement only small blood drop come from urine (last drop). Urine test always showing RBC 10 hpf only all parameters are okay. USG KUB normal ,uroflowdynamic test okay. No infection ,urine culture is also negative after prostate massage. I am taking antibiotics farobact 200 mg for six week (3 weeks completed) but still blood seen in urine during bowel movement only. Some time slight pen on penis head. Any suggestions please help me.

Take cremaffin plus 3tsf at night. Sometimes constipation can cause this. Drink plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres.
