After using Brugel ointment on my knee, I am having trouble breathing. What should I do? I drink a lot of coffee with high-fat milk, is this reacting with Brugel somehow?

Brugel Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). It has no side effects as you said and cannot react with milk or coffee as any locally applied ointment cannot react with intake of foods or drinks
