I am 35 years old and my problem is that I am not able to sleep at nights. Even though I do my house work and do not sleep during the day. I sleep at 12 midnight and wake up at around 3: 30 am. It was not like this always but just a week before. And I wake up to go to toilet many times during the night that is another problem. Even if I am sleep sometimes, I can not sleep.
