I am a regular user of cremalax to get relief from constipation. I take around 2 tablets a week i.e around 8 tablets a month. So I just wanted to know is it normal to consume such tablet twice a week or should I avoid taking it? I mean is there any severe side effects of cremalax or any other constipation tablets such as dulcolax etc? I am 24 years old.
