I started noticing a bit of hair fall since last year ,it was only when I shampooed my hair .As I am a medical student so due to other priorities I did not cared much about this. But from last month I am having a greater amount of hair fall usually 5-6 hair strands per day. Being curious I searched about the most probable causes and as I read those articles I thought that lack of vitamins as per my diet may be a cause .I started taking more fruits and vegetables .But at the end I wanna know that should I take vitamin supplements tablets, or something else like a specific shampoo or serum or what ,please suggest me .Thank you.
