I have 4th grade piles. Currently I am taking german redimise medicine since last 50 days but haven't feel any changes moreover swelling has increased.

Medicinal treatment will not be successful in 4th grade Piles. Usually surgery is advised in this condition but surgery is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery. However Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra ligation for this problem. In this treatment Ksharsutra - a medicated thread is ligated at the root of Pile mass. Medicine released from the Ksharsutra blocks the blood supply of Pile mass and it sheds off in a week or 10 days time period. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual. Now you should keep the Pile mass inside otherwise it will get infected. Avoid straining and sitting for long time period during bowel movement. Push the Pile masses inside immediately after bowel movement.
