Me and my husband are 29 now. Got married 3 years before and now we are n plan for baby. We both went for general check up and my husband took semen analysis after doc advice. Sperm count is 40 million but motility is 15% and non motile 65%, volume 1.5, will this 15% of motility affect pregnancy or it's not a big issue. Our gynecologist suggest KQ100 tablet for him.

You need a detailed consult. Around 90% of couples conceive in 2 years of marriage. If you have still not conceived you will need further tests. Your husband has less semen motility. He requires treatment. CoQ 10 is ok. Plus you will also require tests to see if all is ok with you.
