I male 29 years age did two times sperm test with same abstinence period of 5-6 days. All factors are more or less same except my first report total motility were 80% and progressive A grade were 50%. But in second report my total motility were 60% and progressive motility were 40%. First test were done 1 year before and second test were few days before. I suffered with epididymitis 7 month before and I take full antibiotics and my pain and swelling gone except slight hydrocele is left in my right testicle. Sir whether fluctuations in motility rate is due to epididymitis after effect or it is just simple fluctuations between two sample. Also my sperm cont per ml falls by 4 million from 64 to 60 million.
