Hello, the drug combination you are on is optimum (good) and if your blood pressure is controlled ie. Less than 135 systolic and 85 diastolic than no change on medication required. However because you are hypertensive for so long we should screen for end organ damage as that should be our primary aim of preventing it. Some test fundus examination for hypertensive changes in retina urine micro albumin and s creatinine for kidney treadmill stress test and 2 d exho cardiography for heart are some basic test I suggest you do for optimum management.
