Hello Doctor I am 23 years have co I did sonography today my right ovary measure 3.2x1.3x 2.9 cm (vol 7 cc) Left ovary vol 9.4 cc 3.2x 1.9x 3.1 cm And my old report is Rt ovary 3.3 x 2.3x 2.2 (vol 9) Lft ovry. 3.2x2.4 x 2.1 (vol 9 cc) Plps please tell me is there any improvement in my pcod is it decreasing or same after 1 year .pls I really need advice.

There is a slight decrease in the volume of the ovaries but you did not mention the size and the number of follicles in the ovaries. Also pcod takes 9-12 months to become ok. You have to take medication along with exercise and diet control.
