Hi, My wife is suffering from indigestion problem. Vomiting during evening is normal but it's not happening daily but very often if some spicy food like chicken or motion or any rich food is taken in lunch. She does not get relief until she vomits. At present, she feels jam in chest, respiratory problem from few days. She also gets excited soon. Tension is another problem which she always feels. Please Inform me the reason & remedy.

She is having acidity problem. Is she constipated also. Do the following 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat any seasonal fresh fruit. No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 8. Drink lot of water. 9. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.
