I married before 7 months. Now planning for a baby from. Last 3 months. Actual periods length is 28 days. This time only I got delayed period, I thought it is pregnancy and I got symptoms like back pain, lower stomach pain differently but It lasts 35 days only, now my period started. What it means? Is this will affect my actual ovulation date? We have plan to go for treatment. What kind of treatment we have to undertake and how much it will cost?

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist Those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from first day of cycle (bleeding) means sexual intercourse around 11 to 16th day helps for pregnancy. Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period.
