Hello Sir, I am 32 years old male. I am suffering from hair loss from last 10 years. In 2009 my Dr. Suggest me to use Minoxidil, So that time I used it and I recover my all lost hairs. But after 2012 my hair is continuing fallen and now at the front and middle area of head having only 10 % hairs. I am also having dandruff problem. Now, from last week I have started using Mintop Minoxidil 10%. Can I use derma-roller with 0.5 mm needles and after that minoxidil 10% immediately. Please suggest me the right way to apply both or suggest me any another way by which I can get my lost hairs.
