Better is to get 24 hrs urine protein, bcoz these spot values change every hour in a day. Urine crt is bit high but depends upon your wt and ehat you have taken in meal. Get fundus. Eye checkup to see for diabetic retina involvement. N your diabetes is highly uncontrolled. Treat the root cause other issues will resolve too.
