Hi, Suddenly I found a small hard lump on my right testicle without any pain, discomfort. Then USG of testis done. In USG it is found - both the testis and both epididymis are normal in size and equal size. A small simple cyst is seen in right tunica albuginea. Measure 3.72.8 mm.What is the cause of cyst? It may grow up in size later stage and surgery may need? It is water filled cyst? This cyst is normal.
