Hi, I have got surgery of inverted papilloma last year December and it got recurred within 8 months only and nose bleeding is going on continuously since 2 months. After biopsy, squamous cell carcinoma grade 2 found but after going to oncologist after 3 months post surgery. Doctor said through MRI report that squamous cells were on the part of excised part of papilloma but again I am getting bleed and little recurrence. What to do? Any right decision where to go for best. Oncologist or ENT. Or again operation. We are not getting why it is bleeding now after 8 months. Whether it is due to recurrence or other cause?

Hi lybrate-user. Proper excision is required to remove the entire tumour. Although inverted papillomas are known for their recurrence.
