My tsv report on day 18 says right ovary ovulated and irregular follicle of size 11 * 9 with msf and left ovary dominant follicle size is 13.7 with et 13.7 and endometrial phase is triple line with minimal free fluid in pod. What does it mean what should I do next.

It is normal report. What is next? - Most of medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with need of new+old reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor-Gynecologist.
