I have pcod and married. My age is 25 .and 4 months back doctor prescribed krissom 35 tablet's.But after getting period I stopped using krimson 35 for 2 months. No periods. Now again I took meprate for 5 days and started krimson from 5th day. Is it okay to continue for 4 months as I am not planning for pregnancy?

Hi, Pcod takes about 9-12 months of medication to become ok. So take krimson-35 regularly as advised. Also medication alone will not cure the problem. You have to do diet control and regular exercise along with medication. Do not eat maida items and do regular walks, yoga or gym.
