Preventive measure. Keep cotton cloths out of the near or keep in shelf. Avoid curtains where dust can easily hide. Avoid putting fan in full speed. Keep the habit of taking enough fruits and vegetables. Change the bed sheet, blanket, pillow cover atleast every alternate day. Can also start of medication for a while. For medicine you can always consult. Take care.
