My mother (73) has been detected primary hepatic neoplasm (HCC) with lesion (4.1�4.2�4.9) in segment 8 of liver. Undergone TACE a month ago after endoscopic glue for multiple fungal varices. Post TACE developed neutropenia with WBC falling to 1200. Currently severe weakness and very low appetite. No weight loss till date. Please advice future course of treatment for enhanced lifespan with good quality life.
