I have a problem of frequent urination. It is mostly happens in winter or in Ac environment like in theatre I know frequent urination is common in cold environment but my frequency is more than usual sometime it happens after 10-10 minutes so please provide me some method some food n drinks n medication to get rid of this problem.

In winter season n in AC, it is very normal to have frequent urination. But if it happens every 10 mins then it means you r suffering from UTI Do the following-- you maintain high grade of personal hygiene. Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day Wear cotton underclothesStay hydrated Keep the area dry. For more details you can consult me.

Please get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. If normal then start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.
