I am a 68 years and under medication for hypertension and diabetes now I have ED problem since last 2 years please suggest me can I take any medicine for ED thanks.

Because diabetes damages microvasculature (small blood vessels) supplying the penile muscle. However, strict glucose control is essential. Yes you can take medicine for it but remeber they should be taken with proper care knowing there possible side effects and how to handle them. Most important is control your diabetes and hypertension so that the problem does not worsen.
