I am taking dianorm-M 2 times a day since june 2018 at that time my random sugar was 400 fasting 150 and post meal 250 but Now my sugar level is fasting 99 post meal 108. Any suggestions about medicine.

PP blood sugar is low and chances of hypoglycemia are more. It should be around 150. Discuss with your doctor.

You should be able to stop the medications by changing your diet. You should try the low carbohydrate high fat diet, also called the Ketogenic diet. This will improve your diabetes and may even reverse it.
