I am suffering from disease in which I do not like to do work. Also I do not like to do daily activities like bath, getting shaved. However I have interest in daily entrainment like watching videos on youtube. I do not have any mood to work. My past. History I was suffering from schizophrenia. Now my doctor prescribed me S Adenosyl l methionine 200 mg and Sertraline 100 mg and escitalopram 10 mg and clonazepam 0.25. Also zolpidem when do not feel sleep. Please suggest.

Dear Nitin, Persons living with schizophrenia have such difficulties some time. Apart from these tablets, you need psychosocial rehabilitation service. Find a psychiatric social worker and consult. Slowly you will start working even if you don't enjoy it. You can join a halfway home for 6-9 months to learn work habits. You can explore day care facilities nearby.
