Hello Dr. I'm iffat here from maharashtra. I have a piles problem with blooding after my delivery. Before 7 days I'm gonna treatment of injection of piles. But now I'm suffering from too much burn while going toilet. And going blood while toilet. Why it's problem creating? Please tell me any solution.

Post delivery its a very common, change your diatery habbits nd add some laxative if bleeding is more than add daflon tablets its help you.

Painless bleeding is the symptom of 1st stage internal Piles. Now you should avoid constipation for that you should take plenty of liquids specially buttermilk. Eat fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, salads etc. You can also take some mild stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta Churna/ Haritaki Churna 1 tea spoon full in night with warm water.
