I am lactating mother of 6 months old baby. Since 1 week I have noticed reduced milk supply. I don't know whether my baby is getting adequate feed. Please help me on how can I increase milk since my baby is only on breast feed. I am also taking Cap. Lactare. But still I don't think I am producing sufficient milk. Please help. How do I know my baby is getting adequate feed?
