Hi, I suffered from what I and my doctor suspect was a viral fever in which my fever was around 103-104 degrees. I was prescribed amoxicillin 625 mg twice a day and nimopen twice a day. I got well after 4 days of medication but another problem starts after it. My penis became itchy and then I cleaned it and found allot of white substance which I suspect was smegma under my foreskin. After a day the foreskin on top of my penis head became very red and whenever I retract my skin I feel small amount of pain and burning sensation. No pain or burning while urinating. I went to my doctor and he recommended me amoxicillin with nemopen twice a day again to rule out infection I guess and a cream FOURDERM at the penis head. My foreskin is getting very thin and I feel like there are very small papercuts on top of it now. What should I do?
