I am a 53 years old female and is still menstruating. For the last 10 months, my periods are severe, very heavy bleeding with huge blood clots, just coming out like tap water. every time, I hope it will be the last cycle! Still hanging on and hope it will stop now. Is it advisable to go for uterus cauterisation at this stage or must I rather wait for the periods to stop naturally?
