I have this problem of making scenarios in my head. I imagine myself in various situations and places and I often imagine other people in those situations and I talk to them. That means I talk to myself basically sometimes aloud. I can't concentrate on any work easily and get severe mood swings. I am becoming anti social because of this as I prefer being alone and think about random scenarios. Whenever something bad happens I imagine a worse situation and cry and vice versa. I am facing low self-esteem and self confidence issues as well. What do I do?
