My baby is 5th months shall I start 1st stage of nestle cerelac. I know mother milk is good for baby but im not having that much brest milk. Could you suggest what should I do?

Baby should be exclusively breast feed for 6 month and it should be continued till 2 years along with complimentary feeding. Complimentary feeding should be started after 6 month of age. Home made food is preferred. You can give cerelac also once or twice. Mother should take milk and milk product, pulses, soyabin peanuts green vegetable and fruits. 2.5 to 3 liter water per day. Calcium and vit D supplement.
