Reduce sensory input. Encourage your child to look at things outside the car rather than focusing on books, games or movies. Carefully plan pre-trip meals. Try ginger candies. Lay off big meals before the trip. Lie down if you can, or shut your eyes, and keep your head still. Find a better spot. Add some distractions -- music, for example.

Dear lybrateuser, - She should have light food before travelling, avoid fried & spicy foods - drink moderate amount of water - sit in the front seat of vehicle if possible - try to keep head & neck straight while travelling - take tablet Avomine one hour before travelling.
