To diagnose testicular cancer you should meet Oncologist he would perform few investigations including tumour Markers such as AFP level and other tests. Its difficult to say about the diagnosis without proper examinations and MRI head may be required to diagnose why you suffered these symptoms. So be relaxed first and meet a good oncologist.
