My age is 25. Height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 76 kg. Unmarried.Before may 2015 I was fit and fine guy with strong personality. From may 2015 I started to face few body problems all of a sudden and they started to get worse with time i.e numbness, tingling,bone and muscle pain ,abdominal pain and along with this I was noticing huge reduction in my testicular size. Before may 2015 I have good amount of chest hair and normal pubic growth but only beard growth was not there but chin and moustache beard was there. For first 2 year my problem was undiagnosed except serum testosterone was 2.46 ng/ml. My latest report is Serum FSH is 6.56miu/ml ,LH is 1.98miu/ml and serum testosterone is 2.26 ng/ml. Rt testis (9 cc) and left testis (8 cc. Semen analysis done twice and found azoospermia and everything is nil. My moustache, chin ,pubic and hair line hair are dimiNishing in growth. I do not have father and my mother do not give too much attention as I have shown to so many doc. Please help me somebody personally.
