I'm 53 years & type 2 diabetic, my blood sugar is nearly normal, as I do daily exercise and have strict food, for the past 1 year I'm having erectile dysfunction can you tell me the reason or how to rectify it. Some times I do take manforce 50 mg but not regularly.

Hi sir, Apart from blood sugar levels some m some more precautions are to be taken number 1 your cholesterol levels are to be within normal limits number 2 if you take tobacco in any form is to be left number 3 you are overweight your weight is to be reduced slowly number for you have to take your meals regularly 5 to 6 times a day and in the last you have to exercise for 45 minutes a day at least 6 days a week.
