Hi, My name is neha. My age is 33 years. I am pregnant at 14 weeks. Last week I given NT scan test. That report comes placenta lower end touching with internal Os. Is it very serious for baby and me? So what precautions should be take? How many days to wait for placenta will move from os? Or any suggestion from your side? Please help me.

As your placenta is low lying you should avoid prolonged standing and straining yourself. Do not lift heavy objects and do not travel unless necessary. With time placenta migrates upwards, if placenta remains low lying you will have to go for caesarian section. You should also maintain abstinence.
