Reduced testosterone and increased oestrogen in males causes gynecomastia, but it can not be cured by administering artificial Testosterone shots. It can also harm your testicular growth and cause atrophy if repeated more than once. 
The most common cause of gynecomastia is changes in the levels of hormones - androgens and estrogens. This can happen due to a variety of reasons including puberty, age, hypogonadism, low testosterone (male hormone), hyperthyroidism, chemotherapy, radiation treatment, chronic liver disease, exposure to pollutants, kidney failure, use of marijuana, excess alcohol consumption, malnutrition, and side effects of certain medications. Being overweight can also add to the problem.

Gynaecomastia is only treatable by Cosmetic surgery. Liposuction assisted mastectomy. Any medicine will not cure it. You should consult a Plastic surgeon of your choice.
