8 Months 18 days baby have runny nose and dry cough inside, Our doctor recommended NASOMIST SALINE DROP AND LEVOTER-M KID SYRUP, but facing dried cough and runny nose? Is it ok to go with it or something extra needed. Before visiting to doctor I gave hi Nasomist saline drop and Maxtra oral drops and that baby runny nose was under control but only had dried cough, What should I continue?
