See I had sex on 24 days ago. I had used condom. But before using condom I had inserted my penis in her vagina for few seconds. She is not HIV infected as stated by her. After 4 days I had done HIV test which was non reactive. From last days I feel sometimes little shiver when sweat appears and mu tongue surface getts dry. Is it symptoms of HIV.

There is no chance of HIV to spread by fingering and as you have used condom there is no chance of infection at al. One more thing, is that if at you need to test HIV you should do after minimum of 3 months after sex WITH AN INFECTED PARTNER.

It is not possible to diagnose hiv by symptoms as there are many. It requires proper blood tests.
