Hello- Many cases of non obstructive azoospermia are a result of killing all the spermatogonial stem cells inside the testis by infection or other reasons that we do not know. In other instances, however, the stem spermatogonia survive but fail to differentiate into sperm. In such cases the testosterone inhibits the differentiation of the spermatogonia, whereas in normal spermatogenesis the testosterone supports the survival and differentiation of spermatocytes and spermatids. There is a good news for such patients, as it can be cured completely with the help of ayurveda treatment.
