I am suffering from diabetes for last 2 years and now at 61 years. I have hypertension for last 16 years and since them always under constant supervision of doctors. Now I am taking 1 tablet of Cupride-2 SR and 1 tablet of Glimoris 2 half an hour before breakfast. Again in night 1 tablet of Cupride-2 SR and 1 tablet of OnderoMet-2.5/500 mg after meals. For hypertension taking 1 tablet of CTD 12.5 and 1 tablet of Telmikind-AM (80/5) after breakfast. Now both blood sugar and BP is controlled normal but I am feeling sometimes loss of appetite and also indigestion and frequently heart burn and uneasiness sometimes constipation also. Please advice .I am Sri H.K.Sharma from Ranchi Jharkhand.

Continue your medicines and take soft easily digestable diet. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Exercise regularly.
