I'm 33 years old i'm using multiload from last 3 years i've gained wait so can you please suggest me due to multiload i've gained the weight. So should I switch to contraceptive pill.

if u want to loose wt u can remove ml and start with low dose pill but u have to take care of ur diet and also do exercise .wt gain is not dt ml but it is dt increased insulin resistance and mentalrelaxation
