My brother us suffering from plural effusion. Nd he take medicine like ecox 1000 and macrozide 1500, bt whn he took ecx1000, he feel headache, fever and vomiting is. Tell me about this condition and is this treatment is right for this effusion and also please tell about diet plan for this, his age is 24 yr.
