I am 67. Diabetic for 25 years. HbA1C between 7.1 and 7.8 Of late I am having pain in the thighs, Thigh pain comes when I get up from the bed in the morning or from a chair. When I cough. When I bend forward. After sometime the pain becomes less. I walk in treadmill for 3 kms but with mild pain. Is it neuropathy or what? Taking Nervup OD for the past 10 years.

It can be compression neuropathy or meralgia paresthetica which may cause pain. It may be bursitis. You can do EMG, NCV to find out if it is a neuropathy.
