My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex on October 13th. Her last period was on OCTOBER 2nd. Her cycle is usually 39 days. She has PCOS too. Now she is late on her period. What to do to curb pregnancy?

First get a urine pregnancy test done (available in market -preganews, pregakem). Preferably use early morning urine sample. Put two or three drops of urine. If it shows a single line, she is probably not pregnant at all. Suppose it shows two lines, she could be. In that case she would be pregnant for almost a month (writting this on 13 Nov). Medical termination can be done using simple procedures or tablets in such state.
