Sir. In the month of august. I faced bleeding in stool and heavy pain. Doctor checked and found anal fissure. I got treatment and switch over to ayurveda treatment in October month. I started feeling normal in the month of October. Again after 10 days and got another fissure. I again faced recurring fissure on yesterday. I am taking stool softener from the first day of treatment. I am not facing any hard stool. Still fissure recurring third time. Suggest me the treatment. Reason of repeated fissure. I am married. Sometimes me and my wife feels infection in private parts. Is this may be the reason? I feel argue of frequent urinate. During urine. Urine stops and comes. Is there any problem. You may have urine infection also along with anal fissure. What I will suggest you, change the ointment if you are using any and try OINT Escot. To be applied before going to toilet and sits bath with Betadine solution twice daily for a month .it will get healed. Rem to apply before going to toilet.

When Anal Fissure is in healing mode; usually pain subsides and patient feels that all is gone. So pain may appear again if there is passage of hard stool or there is frequent bowel movement.
