I experience sharpe pain in my ears when someone blows a vehicle horn or when I'm in a noisy environment. I also experience pain when some sitting besides my coughs. I had consulted an ENT doctor, he checked my ears and said that there was no wax or infection. The pain still persists. What can I do further to diagnose the problem.
