I am 35 years old female, recently facing irregular painful periods with heavy bleeding ,and when diagnosed my "uterus shows multiple iIl defined heterogeneous mass lesion in both anterior & posterior myometrium largest measuring approx 5 cm" I am unmarried and want to have babies in future, what is the best treatment for me? Is there possibility to remove or shrink multiple fibroids without surgery?
