My vitamin D is 12.6, started paining all joints , what should I do to increase that low vitamin D and to cure joint & muscle pains? Please suggest.

Start with Calc Phos 6X/4 tablets 4 times. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Dear lybrate-user reddy, you can take calcium and vitamin D supplements to correct the deficiency for now. To avoid similar situation in future, you should expose yourself regularly to early sunlight and take diet rich in calcium.
